A New Program for Emerging Leaders: 2027 Leadership Program

Temple is pleased to announce a year-long program for emerging leaders in their mid-20s to mid-40s, beginning in January. Approximately 20 participants will be selected through an application process for the 10-month program, which includes learning sessions and engagement with other Temple events.

Participants will learn how to identify and strengthen their personal leadership skills, engage with Jewish leadership texts, form community with other Temple members and lay leaders, and form a deeper understanding of how Temple operates. Both those with previous Temple involvement and leadership and those newer to Temple life are encouraged to apply. Sessions will be led by Temple clergy, staff, lay leaders and outside facilitators.

Applications for the 2027 cohort are now open and close on Oct. 25.
