Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant to the Associate Rabbi is a trusted partner, responsible for all administrative support and advance planning related to life-cycle events, worship services, and pastoral care appointments for the rabbi, and supports the rabbi’s leadership of Temple activities and communal projects. This Administrative Assistant is responsible for the various projects that support the mourners of our congregation.

Director of Membership

The Director of Membership will exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, event planning, and reporting. Additionally, the individual will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with staff and volunteers to plan and implement activities to reach membership goals. The position will focus on program development and management and recruiting and engaging members while working closely with the clergy advisor, lay leaders and the membership committee. This individual supervises the Membership Data Administrator and works closely with the Director of Member Support.

Gift Processing Manager

The Gift Processing Manager will be a positive and organized self-starter who reports directly to the Senior Director of Congregational Advancement. The candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Congregational Advancement, be part of a productive, high-energy Development team, work well with staff and volunteers, and possess strong knowledge of Raiser’s Edge.
