Wondering Jews

We are a small group of curious people who love to read and discuss Jewish-themed fiction and nonfiction. As people with busy lives, we sometimes want to read short books and articles and sometimes longer ones. We enjoy good writing that makes us think and inspires discussion.

We invite anyone interested in reading and discussing to join us! While we are open to all Jewish-related books, we prefer ones that are highly readable and have a rating close to 4 or higher on Goodreads. We love learning about Jews from other countries and historical periods as well as about American Jews today and yesterday. Since Jewish history is often sad, we like some of our choices to be uplifting.
