Board of Trustees
Temple Emanu-El is governed by two lay leadership bodies: the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Council. Serving different functions but working closely together, the Board of Trustees and Leadership Council are made up of elected Temple members and help set the strategic direction for the Temple. In addition, Temple has over 25 active committees made up of Temple members that support, advise, manage, and oversee operations and programmatic areas of Temple in partnership with clergy and staff.
