We are honored to welcome our community sh’lichah, Aya Margalit, as our 2026 Rabbi David Lefkowitz scholar-in-residence for a weekend of learning and connection. Join Aya for a guided Q&A on her experiences in Israel—from her grandfather’s Zionist roots and presence at the Rabin assassination, to life on a kibbutz and her work as our sh’lichah. Joining her will be Rabbi Nir Barkin, Senior Rabbi and Executive Director of Kehillat YOZMA Modi’in, who will share perspectives from the Israeli Reform Jewish community.
