Celebrate Yom HaAtzmaut with Cantor in the Kitch as we gather for an evening of vibrant flavors, shared stories, and joyful connection in honor of Israel’s 78th birthday. Inspired by the energy of Israeli markets and the flavors, culture, and spirit of Israel, this community-driven experience begins with a casual “nish nush” to snack and mingle. The evening continues with a live cooking demonstration and learning, and concludes with a seated dinner featuring a vegetable-forward menu alongside thoughtfully prepared fish and chicken dishes. We’re excited to welcome special guest Shimi Aaron, the “Babka King” of Los Angeles, who will bring his signature creativity and passion to the evening.

Come celebrate, connect and savor the flavors of Israeli Fusion. See you in the kitch!
