Cinema Emanu-El Pop-Up: Tatami

Need your Jewish film fix? In case you missed the showing in July, or if you can’t wait to see it again, we’re excited to offer a second screening of the hit film “Tatami.” This intense and suspenseful story centers on Leila, an Iranian judo athlete, who competes in the world championship. While trying to bring home a gold medal, she must face a difficult decision—fight for herself or fight for her country.
