Tzedek Emanu-El Family Project

Join us for a family project supporting Vecinos Unidos, an all-volunteer organization that supports immigrant individuals and families. Through its Vecinos at Court program, volunteers offer a welcoming presence to people attending immigration court hearings, including many children.

Together, we’ll learn about this important work and assemble activity bags for children waiting at the courthouse. These simple supplies offer kids a welcome distraction during a stressful time and help parents focus on their hearings.

This project is a meaningful way for families to put our Jewish values into action and make a difference in the lives of others. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
