We’ll experience the Havdalah ritual as a bridge to help us navigate emotions on this holiday commemorating Jewish calamities and reflect on how those narrow spaces can lead us toward growth and hope. While the day is considered the saddest in the Jewish calendar, it is followed by the possibility of recovering from difficult times.
