April 28: Shabbat Evening Service and Concert with Yemen Blues

Celebrate Israel’s 75th birthday and Temple’s 150th anniversary with a Shabbat service and concert by Yemen Blues, a “world music” band founded in Israel. Yemen Blues features the mesmerizing Ravid Kahalani and fuses traditional Yemeni and Hebrew melodies with jazz, blues and funk influences. Join us at 6 p.m. for a middle eastern congregational dinner followed by an All-In Shabbat service and concert featuring Yemen Blues with a special performance by Kol Shir.
