Henry D. Schlinger Ethics Symposium: Leaving the Food Desert

This year’s Henry D. Schlinger Ethics Symposium welcomes Rabbi Schmuly Yanklowitz, a renowned activist, educator and author who focuses on issues of social justice. Following Rabbi Yanklowitz’s remarks, he’ll moderate a panel with Peter Brodsky, Temple member and developer working to improve economic conditions in South Dallas and Benaye Wadkins Chambers, executive director of Crossroads Community Service, an organization that provides those in need with nourishing food and supportive education.
