DESCRIPTION:Lucy Schanzer is a perinatal support person helping parents take better care of themselves before\, during and after pregnancy. She believes the more prepared you are\, the better your perinatal experience will be. We will start our time together with a brief talk about more general themes that can arise from the end of pregnancy through the 4th trimester such as writing birth preferences\, managing expectations and adjusting to life postpartum. Lucy will then facilitate a group discussion based on more specific questions from participants.
