Sh’ma Emanu-El: Listen. Learn. Relate. Renew. Connect.

Temple Emanu-El strives to build a vibrant, inclusive community where members feel strongly connected to our congregation and to one another. Tangible community involves more than paying membership dues. We want Temple to foster relationships that motivate people to live meaningful and impactful Jewish lives.

How can YOU get involved? Start a Group or Join a Group!
It only takes 3 people -- you and 2 friends -- to start a group.
We provide training on how to lead a group, best practices from successful groups and learning materials.
Form a group around an interest, or find one that involves something you enjoy.

What are Sh'ma Groups? Sh'ma Groups are small groups of individuals, couples or families that help to make our big community feel small. They help to deepen your connection with others who share similar interests or life stages. They elevate your soul and repair the world. They enable you to share Jewish experiences, conversations and celebrations with others.
