NEW! Click here to listen to Rabbi Stern’s sermon from the May 1 Volunteer Appreciation Shabbat to learn the Jewish perspective of volunteering.

Volunteering is a great way for our Temple Emanu-El members to get connected, to meet others, and to strengthen our community. Temple Emanu-El has a variety of opportunities throughout the year. Whether you have several hours or just a few throughout the year to share, whether you prefer to volunteer within our four walls or outside in the greater community, you will find that Temple has a volunteer opportunity to match your tastes.

Windows of Opportunities Quarterly Edition
The Windows of Opportunities Quarterly Edition provides a list of ways to volunteer in the coming weeks and months. Check them out, check your calendar for availability, and then let the contact person on the listing know that you would like to volunteer. Scroll through the listings online, or download and print a PDF of this quarter's edition.

Interest Forms
Once you find the volunteer opportunities that interest you, please complete a "Skills and Interest Survey Form." You can complete and submit this form online by clicking here or download and print a PDF copy, complete, and fax or mail to Temple Emanu-El. We will update our member database with your responses and as opportunities become available with needs in your area, we will provide your name and preferred contact information to the committee to connect with you.

Volunteer opportunities are for our Temple members. For more information about Temple Emanu-El membership, please click here
