Second Night Congregational Seder

Tuesday, April 19, 2011 6-8:30 p.m.

Please join us as we celebrate Passover with a special and memorable Seder.

Rabbi David Stern , Rabbi Adam Allenberg and Cantor Richard Cohn will lead a Seder rich with story and song. The evening will include a full-course Seder meal to be served family-style, with lots of Passover favorites!

Attendees are welcome to bring a favorite bottle of wine to enjoy as well. (Ritual Wine Provided)

Special activities will be planned for children, including an Afikomen Scavenger Hunt! Child care will be available by RSVP only for children 3 months to 4 years.

Cost is $18 for children (ages 3 to 10) and $36.00 for adults.

Advanced reservations are required. Please register no later than Monday, April 11. Space is limited and will fill quickly.

As you prepare to participate in this year’s Second Night Seder, you are warmly encouraged to bring your Passover celebration items to display in Tobian Auditorium (Family Passover Plates, Kiddush cups, candle sticks, holiday décor, etc…)

Please volunteer at the Seder! To help with our Children’s Afikomen Scavanger Hunt contact Amy Roseman at 214.794.7080. Contact Sherri Samuels at 214.706.0000 to serve as a Table Captain, facilitating participation and enjoyment for your group (instruction provided)!

Because our ancestors walked out of the land of Egypt, please bring a pair of new or gently worn shoes or new socks. Donations will benefit the North Dallas Shared Ministries and Soles 4 Souls.
