How can I get involved?

There are many ways in which you can get involved with Just Congregations:

Listening Campaign- The foundation of Just Congregations is the hundreds of one-to-one conversations and small group meetings conducted by trained members of the Just Congregations core team. The goal of these conversations is build relationships and discover unknown solutions and ideas. We will also identify Temple members who want to act powerfully to make a change.

Just Congregations Healthcare Listening Campaign: Last year we began to talk, share, and listen. In hundreds of conversations we heard that concerns over healthcare were widely and deeply felt within our congregation. Click here to learn about the results of this Listening Campaign.

What can you do?
• You can host a small group meeting of 6-10 congregants at your home (a house meeting). The conversation will be facilitated by one of the trained Just Congregations leaders.
• You can sign up to participate in a house meeting or to talk with a Just Congregations core-team member one-on-one.
• You can learn how to lead and facilitate a house meeting with the Just Congregations team. Becoming a facilitator requires a few hours of training.
• You can get involved in the planning and logistics team, helping us coordinate the house meetings and invite members into the process.
