Our sages teach that all Israel is responsible for one another. As Jews, it is our responsibility to support Israel. Support for Israel transcends particular politics; it is about being supportive of Israel,s right to exist and being spiritually, physically and financially available. As Reform Jews we have the opportunity to demonstrate our support through the Association of Reform Zionist of America (ARZA). ARZA is an affiliate of the Union for Reform Judaism.

The mission of ARZA is:

To educate and advocate on behalf of Israel in North America.
To further the development of Progressive Judaism.
To strengthen K,lal Yisrael by encouraging the solidartiy of the Jewish People in all lands, promoting and strengthening Israel and Zionism, and also encouraging the State of Israel to grant full civil, human and religious rights to all its citizens, thus enriching Medinat Yisrael as a vibrant exemplar of eternal Jewish values.
To promote the acceptance of religious pluralism in the State of Israel.
To strengthen the relationship of North American Reform Jews with other progressive Jewish communities.
To educate and inform our constituency about the principles and programs of Israel and Reform/Progressive Judaism, and on relevant matters of Jewish import.
