Afterimage Gallery owner set for Photo Group

Our guest speaker will be Ben Breard, owner and director of the Afterimage Gallery in the Quadrangle of Dallas. Afterimage is one of the oldest art galleries in the world devoted to photography. This is the gallery’s 36th year of operation. Afterimage Gallery has a selection of fine art photography, commercial photography, and photojournalism photos. These have all become areas of intense interest among the art collecting public over the last 20-30 years with many new photo galleries springing up all over the country. In fact, the Afterimage Gallery has a great article on, “A Short History of Photo Collecting” on its website. This should be a VERY interesting presentation!
