Vocal Majority, Evan Ritter star in next Showcase Concert

The popular Showcase Concert Series, sponsored by the Temple Emanu-El Music Committee, continues its 18th season on March 16, 2008 with The Vocal Majority and piano prodigy Evan Ritter.

One of the most recognized collections of voices in the world brings its signature blend of music to Temple Emanu-El. Called America’s Premier Pops Chours, The Vocal Majority has enthralled and inspired audiences for more than three decades. Their music covers the spectrum of song including Broadway pops, American standards, patriotic, sacred, jazz, classics and barbershop harmony. The show will open with
eleven-year-old piano prodigy Evan Ritter. Evan has performed as the solo pianist at the 2006 Basically Beethoven Festival and with the Plano Symphony.
