Youth and Religious School Parents Association

Dear Parents,

Welcome to another exciting year! Temple is going to be a special place for our kids again and we are so lucky to have this opportunity for them.

I am president of the Youth & Religious School Parents Association (YRSPA for short). All of you are members, no dues required! Our purpose is to help organize and support youth activities, both formal (in class) and informal (youth activities).

There are so many ways you can help out: volunteer in the office, in the classroom, as a room parent, bake for the teachers, coordinate book clubs, solicit for the annual campaign, bring in bagels for the teachers on Sunday mornings, work on Sukkot Across Emanu-El or Purim. However you can find the time, we can use your support.

As always, volunteering your time in your child’s life is beneficial for the whole family. Your children may not always admit it, but they do like to see you involved.
