Temple Emanu-El’s first call is always to Jewish Family Service, our community’s primary resource to provide community based crisis intervention, counseling, vocational counseling, gerontology services, adoption services, financial assistance and information and referral. These services are available to anyone in the Greater Dallas community and to those members of the non-Jewish community who fall within eligibility criteria. JFS aims to respond to all emergency calls immediately and to respond to non-emergencies within one working day. JFS maintains a 24-hour answering service so is only a phone call away. 972-437-9950
