About Caring Around the Corner

• Caring Around the Corner started as a pilot program in the Downtown, Uptown and Turtle Creek neighborhoods. The program provides a framework for Temple members to get to know their fellow congregants who live nearby.
• Because each neighborhood is unique, the residents will decide the type of programming and activities they want.
• Residents are encouraged to share addresses, email and phone information to assist each other in times of need and to encourage communication.
• Caring Around the Corner coordinators will assist neighborhood volunteers to organize social, holiday, or mitzvah programs and serve as a liaison with Temple Staff to set up events such as get-togethers with clergy or for participation in other Temple activities.
